Ive been eyeing those paddles you bought on ebay, for my ranger. How heavy is your truck and what kind of power numbers do you think your truck has? I was a little concerned about the vehicle weight being that they are advertised as UTV tires. Thanks. Also bump for updates.

i think the courier is about 3500# slightly heavy to the rear
super unleaded i figure about 300 ish
E85 i swear adds an immediate 50 on top of that!

i love the paddles, i think if i get some wider than 7-8" wheels they will slide around better in the turns and float a touch more too

Right on I appreciate the reply.. you are gettin probably double the horses ive got. And I found from CST that the load rating is about 1000lbs per tire. Hopefully we’ll get to see some more action shots and videos soon with the right side up! :)

Alrite, thats good to hear that the sidewall seems rigid enough. No, a 97 ranger, my only concern now is the stock 4.0 OHV motor with an auto 5 speed and 5.13s in the rearend wouldn’t be able to spin them fast enough.

Nice thing about paddles is you don't really need to spin them. I ran larger ones on less power and 5.29s and they worked real good. Top speed will be down from the added drag and if you're prone to wheel hop it'll magnify it a lot.
