I was speaking to Darren ( I think).. at Autofab yesterday about a hub upgrade for 7/8” kingpins, which they sell but dont have on their site, and he seemed very knowledgeable with the setup and made it seem like the weaklink will be the kingpin bushings in the beam end, and they will just be a maintenance item like wheel bearings... I would say cut the radius arms off and make them bolt on to the beam, you should even be able to use the old rad arms and just weld a big piece of tube to the end to slide a bolt through with some tabs on the back of the beam. Then mount the rad arms wherever you want to the frame. Seems like the quickest cheapest way.
I see what your saying. I dont see why the knuckle(spindle) couldnt just have a uniball top and bottom and use a 1" grade 8 bolt through the whole assembly or individually top and bottom. Ideally eliminating the little bushings inside the beam ends. and just using uniballs as the pivot point.

I do agree on the beams though. Probably the easiest and cheapest way.. kind of bummed about cutting them up though i dont want it to look like an afterthought. These beams have a ton of plating on them.

I just spoke to desolate i think im going to go with their billet radius arm setup that was posted earlier. It comes with literally everything i need to solve this issue and i dont need to change the whole beam.

Just need to find someone that makes kingpin spindles so i can get good hubs.

Thanks again for the replies

coming through with the legit info once again! thanks dude... the middle ones by solid fabrication are just what i need. Blitz will work too but i would need to install brake tabs and steering arms to those.

That last set looks like a couple mortgage payments hahaha
