Not going to reporst anything in here but here is the link to my build. Bought it 12/26/07, raced it less than 8 months later. Racing BAP in Feb and a bunch more this year. It's the slowest off-road vehicle I have ever owned/built...and by far the most fun!

Its 10 pages and like 30 pics of all the little things. I started the thread as a way for me to keep track of my own updates. By posting all my progress I have a cool timeline of what I did and when.

Here are some of the newest pictures though (only ones I have on my work computer). Painted the rear bumper, New filler to the roof, and new fox's for the front.

No good video. We were having way too much fun in Ocotillo to stop and film. The only video I have is from the night race and its a flat section past my camp...I will see if I can find it but its lame.

Good to see you went with the Fox's. Close valving out of the box, and pin top to bolt right in!

Cool car, now just weld some angle iron to your rear bumper to take care of impatient passers....

Or, if you're nice, some big rubber bumpers, like on the back of a delivery truck.

OH since Mr. BTF himself is in my humble thread....he built the rear bumer and beefed up the cage a bunch! Brandon, you get the sharp angle Iron, I will bring the bug by!

Um some updates coming. Like 3x3's for the rear, Linkpin beam with 4 longer arms and an 002 built up tranny. You know, the little things!

Pictures when I get anything. I will have the upgrades done for the May 16th Drive race! I have a Pismo trip planned next month though, so nothing will start until after that!

HAHAHA Come on I just know I am that good that I can tow bar that thing up and back from a race!

I own a trailer. It stays out at my sisters houe in Pomona. I have not used it since the night race and at 10 at night on Thursday when I went to pull it out, the hitch with the 2 5/16 ball was gone

All the stores were closed and I didn't want to wait until the next morning (I would have missed the pre-run) so I said F-it!

Worked out too, I climbed the hills at 70mph and got the same gas milage as if I wasn't towing! Figured I had the cheapest car racing, why not!

Well its going to happen! Deposit on all suspesion parts is paid and here is the first big upgrade! 14" 2.5 Fox Coilovers for $700 (plus two new springs so $840).

So here are some parts I have gathered! Built 002, 10" coilovers for the front, LOTS of race tires/rims. Suspension parts were ordered last week and will be in soon. Full build starts in two weeks! Front by BTF Fabrication.

Haha I had room for 4 more! Those fronts are soooo small. I could even see out the rearview mirror and fit all our camping stuff. Hey if Rob ordered me that mid mount do you need it? I don't now!

All the big parts came in. Front arms and HD spindles (knew I wouldn't have money for Combos and combo hubs). Rear 3x3's, stub axles, and heim spring plates. And about half the steering parts.

Im not sure if you are aware but you can run drums with a combo spindle. All you need to do is get ball joint backing plates. I snapped a stock spindle in half and was lucky that I didnt do more damage, I would reccomend getting some combos. Nice ultras also

2x Combos are definitely the way to go!

Pismo was so much fun! but its offical tear down time. Everything on the car not welded is getting taken off. The car worked so damn well it feels silly to cut it up and "start over". I am very much having second thoughts but FU@k it right.
