    Our newest project. Just a standard 2 seat chassis with a fresh 1915 vw with a homebrew turbo kit that boosts about 7. This car is stupid fast. Only plans are HIDs, new mastercraft harnesses, bigger fuel tank, and possibly a stereo. Going to be my dads weekend cruiser at the dunes.

    Not trying to boast about the junk yard of a backyard I have but I am pretty sure I have him beat

    I'm back!!!!!!! Used to frequent the DR when I had my ranger, but I got rid of it years ago. Took to motorcycle track riding/racing and came full circle back to the desert when I sold my trackbike and bought this bug a couple weeks ago. A little embarassed to post it after some of the excellent examples thus far, but here it is! New 1776cc motor, idf 44, fresh trans, fresh brakes, fresh fuel system, 1961 baja. Needs suspension now!!!
