hmm id look into racing the mall crawler class. its a new class built just for your type of vehicle.....but be sure to carry your onboard welder cus those speed bumps can wreak havoc on your fail of a chassis or unibody as those in the know call it. good luck!

I am bending u-bolts too..........that's because I took out so many leafs and didn't trip the ubolts up so they hang low lol.

Truck was going good this weekend Andrew. Wanted to nerf you (pre dnf tranny) but I wasn't sure if you had something out back I could nerf haha

So did the bleed screws help out in the front shocks at all? I realized over the weekend I need waaay more damping and that's tempting to do.

dude AMAZING difference. the shocks got way hotter faster as proof they are doing more. PM me if you have any questions about doing it.

update: getting realllllly tired of having no power...i think it has lost some power recently. pissing me off only being able to do 50 up moderate hills. o and absolute max speed in the dirt this weekend was 57mph, that was foot to the floor for a solid mile.

wish i could wake up one day and have a v6

    dont really want a 302.

if i could have any motor i wanted it would be the 4.0 lexus V8. looking at the 3.4s though.
really dont mind the 22re in the dirt to much, but hate it on the freeway esp with my dirtbike and all my camping shit. cant really talk shit on it though, that thing wont die no matter how hard i drive it. its even been running hot on the last 2 trips, runs about 205 on the freeway but keeps going.

edit: other thing pissing me off is how shitty its been running, for the last 2 weeks half the time i stop it wont idle, just shakes and dies but as soon as i get home and go to show my dad how bad its running, what do you know it idles smoother then it ever had WTF?!?!
o ya rear main seal on the motor start leaking this weekend too, probably from being hot and being above 4k RPM for almost 100miles straight.

cant go wrong with the 22r/re but they do lack power and the 3.4 is an easy swap but time consumeing

ya, kinda thinking about buying an old 22re and building it with higher compression pistons and bored like .40 over, stroker crank maybe just something mild to increase the power a bit then slap my head on it since it has some nice valve springs, cam and just had a valve job.
idk though cant make up my mind, guess ill drive it till it blows then see what happens.

    Build a mild motor.
Do a cage first. 50mph is too fast for your cage.

didnt buy any, decided money could be better spent else where. getting about 15.5" of travel though, only had like 13 when you rode in it, should help.
