the driver's side is painted, passenger side isn't yet. i still have a little bit more cutting to do, but once i get back from parket this weekend and get time i'll finish painting the other side.
Youre going to Parker? I couldnt find a goddamn room!
And hey bro....its Monday...

Im sure theres plenty of room at my buddys house if you wanna roll out there. My truck isnt full either, just me and Mac and maybe one other guy if you wanna cruise to the pits on race day.
Hey there, I came across your build thread after you posted in my intro thread.
Any vids of that cantilever system cycling? I am curious how it works.
no cycling vids, sorry. the most i've got is pics of it all drooped out on one of these pages when i was getting my new tires put on.
2.0x 3" fox bumps and cans, new shock shafts for the front shocks. Got a lot of work to do over spring break.

You mean I have a lot to do. Can I assume you dont want bumps next time youre in?

Rebuilding shocks is work?
RIP Andrew Martinez
yeah thanks but i don't need them. these popped up for a good price with cans and rebuild kits
no. i have a little list of stuff to replace
lower ball joints
inner/outer tie rods
regular tune up shit for 100k miles
fuel pump
new brake line for the rear end.
get the bedsides to fit better
repaint front/rear bumpers
fill cracks/chips in bedsides
paint bedsides
better clear coat on all glass
we'll see how much actually gets done...
If you've got a compressor, use an impact with the balljoint press. So much faster. Might not want to spray that clear with the wind today either. Bam, just saved you some time nigga.
RIP Andrew Martinez
most of the stuff is on the way to me from rockauto.com, also getting a fuel pump thru sam hopefully next week, then doing the work over spring break in 2 weeks from monday. ball joints aren't that bad with a breaker bar and a good amount of PB blaster. got the old ones out of my stock lowers with hand tools.
Mac do you still need those FOA pistons?
Sent from your moms bunghole!

thanks to eddie (yellowranger1) for the inspiration for where to put the mount, and scott (sdecurti) for pointing me in the right direction of hardware. it's not the best, but wood sucks. i'm gonna take out the cubby that's mounted there stock and then mount this thing, but right now it's just loosely sitting in there.

If you were really cool, you'd put the iPad on a hinge with gas struts, and a latch. Push a button and i pivots up, exposing a cubby underneath. But you're not really cool, you're not even kind of cool, so I'm surprised it turned out as nice as it did. Are you sure Alissa didn't build that for you?
Looks good Darkness.
you built an ipad. impressive.

lookin good blackenzie
i've watched that video so many times lol. i wanted to, originally i tried to build the little console chingas similar to that, and don't have the skill. if i didn't already have a dvd head unit and didn't mind blocking my center air vents, i might have contemplated putting it on the dash. maybe one day.
