gunna be alot of progress this week. its gotta be out of the shop by friday. so takin off work this week and gettin er done. bumps are gettin dropped off tommorow.

one question. im gettin the kit powdercoated. the unballs AND bushings were a fuckin pain in the ass to get in. going to be eve harder to get out. with the uniballs stand up to the heat from powder coating if i leave them in? bushings will come out obveiously

ehh grease? ahaha. i was all stoked on my new shit and that was the first thing i did. the uniballs wont be as hard and the bushings because the bushings crack if you try to hammer them out with a punch

hammer and punch is basically the only way to knock em out. also, delrin shouldnt crack or crumble. they will dent and deform a bit on the inner edge when you punch em out but its nothing a round file cant take care off before you put em back in.

oh and if you need new ones, we have plenty in stock. both for 1.75"x.120 and 2"x.250

thats how i cracked it. i straight fucked up the inside of the bushing, got it like an 1/8th in out then tried hammereing the outside flange and it broke a chunk off.

and i did go to bms to get the bushing first but dennis said u guys only sell them as a kit with the inner/outer sleeves and the biushing?

Dude you need to shorten them to 2''. It will ride the fuck out of the bumps, and the ride will be nice and stiff lol. Make sure you put anti-sieze on those uniballs!!!! Everything is looking real good. Dont forget to put the wedges back to lock the spindle nut back in place!!
