ok, so after thinking about this more i am curious. Do you have any pics of your floor splitting? do you have a body lift? did you tub it? is it stock with the seam pounded flat? I am going to do the passenger side today, so i will try to take more pics. but now i am wondering if i am missing something simple lol. coming from rock crawling we just cut it out and welded it back in with no issues.

it is body lifted, but i dont think that has anything to do with it.
i would take pics but its under sound deadening material now. it is right along a seam i pounded flat but as now spread to where the seam was untouched.
i am also very hard on my truck, both a-pillars have cracked and been rewelded, the seam in the door openings are splitting etc.

damn dude LOL that would be some major beating you are dishing out. i think i will go back and add in some more material on the drivers side maybe double it up and add in more bracing.

going to do the passenger side tomorrow. but wow, its wonderful to be able to turn left with no rubbing now

ya haha, the cab mounts on the frame are cracking and im on my 3rd rear axle lmao

i dont think i beat on to terribly hard, i just put a ton of miles on it compared to a lot of prerunners on here.

It's good that you cut out the firewall. With 6 over arms on a turn/bump mine still rubs.

I haven't. I am going to be building a new front end for it and likely pushing the wheel base forward, wider, and taller, so I should be good!

im not saying your as dumb as i was, but please remove the computer before bashing in the pass side too much. when i was 15 and justr got my 92 i pounded out the cab right there and split my computer casing open and proceeded to go straight to ther riverbottom by my house and shorted out my computer with mud/water. haha rad little truck, wish my shit was still this simple.

This is a sick build so far! Reminds me of my Ranger with the 31's, 2" wheel spacers, and front and rear glass. It took me a while to catch on that you run paranoid fab. That's bad ass! I used to rallycross my 96' Impreza and hung out over on DI before I bought my Ranger.

What kind of uppers are those? Or did you make them?
