Thanks everyone!! Picked up 2-2.5" flowmasters of CL for 25 bucks!!

Finally got the heads, pistons and rods out...Next is to hone the block, also throw it in the jet tank along with the crank...next step after is to get the bottom end balanced and head work done.

In my opinion I would take it to van dyne in hb..they have been around for years and if you go in there and tell them scott sent you they will probaly hook you up as they are family friends.

Thanks guys! I wanted the motor done before the april race but it probably wont be... i have decided to get the heads ported and polished and time on a flow bench...The motor is out, might as well do as much as I can now...i will be able to order the pistons next week, probably take a week or 2 to get, then get the bottom end balanced and put back together...

Do you know if either dyno places tune the SDS standalone any well???

    Thanks!

Compression ratio will be around 12-13:1....I race class 1450/1400...the truck is built to be Class 6 and Class 7200 legal...that is why iam building a v6...i could throw in a LS1 like everyone else lol but going to be different...Plus i cant run a Supercharger nor a v8 in those classes....I will be selling the 3.4L with everything...headers, exhaust, motor mounts etc.....Ya I know Aaron lol I am lagging big time!...Still down for the Sept race???
