I don't know why his truck is so stupid fast in a straight line...it's rediculous, my truck can smoke his off the line, but once the hamsters are revved up it's all over...I need to add 2 more hamsters...

Did a little work today while everybody was at their real jobs, then Brian cruised over for a couple hours, E came home from work and hammered down, C-Los came by for a bit and helped us get everything squared, leveled, plumb, and centered, tomorrow I've got a bit of welding and then shock-mounts to sort out.

Don't know what dumpster E found his shackles in, but holy fuck those things are terrible. They're all angled completely differently, and the welds look like a pigeon had 1 too many chili-dogs, whoever built them needs to go throw their tools in the ocean. Going to try and tweek them into shape and add shims where we can to get it functional for the poker-run, but either some TCs or some home-brew replacements need to be aquired.

Last night we hammered down and sanded/ painted the truck minus the bed. Still needs another coat or 2 . That will happen this weekend.

I had an epic fail with the step ladder. Provided a bit of comic relief for every one.
