    started collecting parts

    started cutting up the truck

started mocking up parts thanks dane

wanted to run spring under but i just dont have the clearance

Lol different approach? Apparently you have never been outside of California or opened up a magazine.
Harbor Freight Tools Co. makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date of purchase.........or after one use. After that go screw yourself lol.

Yeah i know you're referring to the east coast mudders and rockcrawlers, but this guy is making it a prerunner. He could have just bought an lt kit for it instead he chose a solid axle swap.

um no. shackle should really always be in the back. as when the axle moves with the shackles in the back the axle moves back. if you had it the other way around the axle would have to move forward when you hit a bump/rock. kinda counter productive. build looks neat

You do nice work. What is that yellow stuff on the frame? Are you going to update the dash and doors since you have it taken apart? You could for probably less than $100 if you found the right pick n pull

I remember a dark green ex cab truck like this year about 7 yrs ago in glamis, it had a big block and it was on 44" boggers, it would run 80 to 90 mph up and down sand highway all day, that's one I won't forget, looks good so far!
I cost more and take 3 times as long, but i have a waiting list, so that must say something! heres a link vv

What model Deavers are those? I've been kicking around the idea of a front leaf swap like this on my truck.
