How do you get a nut on the upper link mount?? Or a wrench in there to hold it? Is that hole big enough to fit a wrench?

I'm sure you planned that out... i just cant see how it fits. LOL

just big enough lol, i actually have a top loc nut with a lil tab tacked to it so you just spit on it, slide it in, and make magic happen with a torque wrench

Nice clean work man. You are doing a great job.

Can I ask where you are getting your 12 point bolts? I haven't seen smaller ones with drilled heads like you have on the diff before.

Good question! I want to safety wire everything on my truck when, where do you get drilled bolts / nuts like that?

Didn't se that at first, but to do that u would have to remove the studs, and tap the diff for threads. Is there any benefit to using bolts over studs?

the housing is a spider trax, it has a machined 4130 mounting plate for the diff to bolt up to with 3/8 threaded holes, the two side center bolts are actually reversed as studs coming through the diff for alignment and the other 6 are bolt going in, just the 6 bolts are saftey wired, i guess this set up is the best out right now as far as not having them come loose and looking bitchen you can go to spidertrax.com and see the set up, beams are custom not sure how much wider, thanks for all the replys and compliments!

yeah you can see one started, square tube fender frame you can drive over, the whole trailer is 90" wide so its gonna be nice to tow down in mexico, and my truck will have 2 inches on each side when its loaded, pretty good combo

pretty cool. it would be sweet (if you had enough room) to put like storage box if the front of the trailer for parts and tools and stuff.
