    WELL HERES MY BUDDIES 93 FORD EXPLORER SPORT, ITS A 2 DOOR 4X4 WITH 4.0L/5SPD.
    IT ALL STARTED WITH HIM WANTING A LIFT AND 33s BUT NOW HAS 3.5 PER SIDE D35s FRONT AND DEAVER REAR WITH 456 GEARS.....HERES PIX AND THE BUILD AS WE GO.

    he drove it about a year now we r adding basic cab cage and 3.0x14 fox triple bypasses with new engine cage and front bumper. heres the start of that...


    2.5x12 fox c/o with 3.0x14 fox 3 tube and 2.0x2.5 fox bumps with poly straps and brake lines.

    1.75 dom cage with 1.5 dom gussets

    This thing is gonna be an awesome truck. I love explorer sports, and 4WD just makes it even better.

    thanks erik. im shootin for this next friday for completion. gotta finish roof tubes,dash,seat mounts,front bumper and finish engine cage.

    ya they have been on and like that for months now. the pack really doesnt impress me. its not the g50e tho its a j19 pack? maybe low travel? idk

    I did on my dads exploder it wasn't too bad. We trimmed it to fit them put bondo under the edges and then riveted it in place.

    Couple weeks moore metal works will be doing a full single swing setup for this using all cro mo and fk hiems

    if you search ultimate backyard explorer in the dr rides that glass mounting is sweet. Its my buddies dads, and walrath mounted it so that there is only i beleive four bolts showin? check it out for some idea, lookin good though. Bet you miss your expo now

    skid plate and swing steer will be done at moore metal in cpl weeks. then back to me for rear fiber and rear bumper
