truck is coming along nicely man. who makes your front fenders? I just got my truck, and I have the same fenders on mine, but one of them is all busted up... I just want to buy one instead of the pair, but i cant seem to find them online any where....

Got some work done, moved the shackle mount back and flipped it. Fuck I hate those rivets. Also got all the fish plates welded on.

What is that back plate behind the two rear bolts for your hangers? Are those known to rip out if you drill new holes there to move the hangers back?

Had to drill out new holes. The rear lower hole was half a stock frame hole so I had to put a backing plate to drill a true hole, figured I might as well do both holes, It can only help the strength.

Lets go for it. The only thing is that i would like to have a toolbox to sit flush between that open space from the cab to the cage. Since i haven't been at the shop i don't know the dimensions but if you're down, we can probably have some sort of custom box built to put my tools in. Instead of having them in the cab.

You would at least have a 16 inch x 40 some I'm sure. There is quite a big gap between the cab and cage which is also a huge weak spot that id like to take care of before handing it off to you. Since there's no cab cage it would really cause that ass end to flex a ton, causing cracking/bending issues. Ill check it out and let you know the real numbers and what not later on today or this week

Minor update. I picked up this HF jack for 60 bucks with a coupon. Now i gotta see how i can mount it on the truck. Maybe buy the skidplate for it like xxedgexx did.

I think DMZ makes a skid for that jack, under 100 bucks. check out their website.
