Curious about the "clearancing" you did on your CV's... I haven't heard of the TC Gen2 kits needing that modification?

when i removed the kit off my 95 i noticed the cv binding at full droop.. when you take the cvs apart you can see exactly where they are contacting...i remember dsrtrcr01 doing it to his so i just followed his lead..i no longer bind at full droop so i would say it was successful. glamisperson2121 stoked to see you finally got your runner..did you trade off the s-10?

Some of those guys are standing a bit close...would hate to see something happen be careful out there. Your truck looked pretty good! Your build is coming out really clean. I might be stealing that back bumper design

i pulled my axles apart with the intentions of clearancing them, and after cycling, cycling, and cycling again, i came to the realization that i had LOTS of room before anything would bind. and that was before putting on the droop stops.

no major updates..scored a rear bench seat and built a cross brace to support the shock hoop until i have the time and funds to cage her. but at least i wont be worried about the hoops anymore

Mine don't bind either. My shocks top out before that happens... thinking there may be some differences between aftermarket axles or factory ones? Some may bind and others not?

So do the bypasses on the front help that much? We have basically the exact same truck so i got to know because I do not see my runner getting that high. Not because it can't but I am not a Jumper.

no it must have been his crazy fish eye lens thing on his camera. pic was taken when we first arrived ..marked the cams after the last alignment and they didnt move all weekend. drove the truck 130 miles home with no issues or weird noises. the pic where we landed on two wheels popped the rear passenger tire(hit the bump stop bolt) and bent up my bump stop pretty good. threw on the spare and grabbed another bump from poly and was good to go for the rest of the weekend.
