    Default www.UNXPCTD.com Mini Raptor build

    TRUCK: 1997 Ford ranger 4.0 v6 2wheel drive
    Suspension: front, equal length J-beams with cross over steering by FX-Fabrication(Fiberwerx)
    Rear: Giant 64 link killer kit long travel leaf spring, ford 9in with 35spline axles locked rear 5.88s all yukon parts. summit (mini) truss not the full axle length but does the job.
    Shocks: king C/Os 14s, King link killer 2.5 16s, and king 2.0 bumps
    wheels: KMC beadlocks
    Tires 37/12.5/17 goodyear wranger mtrs
    Builder MOORES METAL WORKS

    Let me know what you guys think we have some cool plans in the future for this truck

    we did.... but funds grew weak and it was cheaper to sell the whole cab and frame and go buy a nice DD

    Ahh the beamed rangers like the chocolate chip cookies of the off-road world. You forget how great they can be after you have a few not so great ones but when you get one that's just right it's like the first time hearing the Beatles.

    I actually hate the Beatles but this is a very clean start to a build I'm sure I will be very jealous of.

    good news the glass got mounted today and picked up new 17in kmc beadlocks from 93range. bad new the glass doesn't clear /: buttt i think the new glass we are getting is alot better then the 4.5 raptor bedsides(: the new glass has new designed louvers and is 7in buldge so going down to fiberwerx on tuesday gotta love spending money. for sell is a set of 4.5in flare raptor conversion bedsides with the lights cut out and ready to be mounted pm me for price.

    its not that its fiberwerx fualt.. at the time when we purchased the glass their was only one option of the conversion glass which we new we might have a problem but we still bought it so its not fiberwerx's fault its mine.

    i will measure it when i go look at the truck again, but im pretty sure with 35s it is around 84wide out side of tire on each side. The glass is also a 7in flare
