The cam I have in there right now is 2 degrees. I haven't heard the "ecccentric" term in a while.

You will never be forgotten!
Got the kit done thats going on my truck. The radius arms were a biotch to get together since those were handcut too. The internal design doesnt make assembly and joint fitment easy. So yet again something Ill enjoy doing when they are laser cut. Ill be throwing it on tomorrow and then by the next week Ill be beginning the trailing arms for the tacoma and the ranger together. Hopefully by the end of the month, youll see new suspension on my truck along with the taco.

Thanks a lot you guys. Im really excited about the new suspension. Cant wait to have this baby driving again. The front suspension was just a scratch in the whole project haha... But Every step, I get closer. And yes, I kept the old pivot boxes from when I hand cut them with an angle grinder and holy shit.... Its like, I cant believe I ran it that long and they didnt break or leave me stranded somewhere lol. Ill post up some pics of them just for kicks. Ill try and snap a couple this week.

Yes, They are finally real after about 1 yr of dicking around with different ideas of this one design. All laser cut, first set is for the Tacoma, second pair has my name on them, and so fourth and so on.

how did you extend your i-beams? honestly is it hella hard? im only 17 no job and i like the way yours looks i have a the same body style as your just a single cab
Yeah yeah... I got more work on the rear end tonight, I put chromoly tabs for the lower and upper mounting points on it. Missing some V-notch plates to gusset in the mounts, but other than that, I need to turn down the flanges I got and Im only axles away from getting it done. Super stoked to be touching my truck once again. It hurts a little to see it sit there not achiving any of my goals I set out to accomplish years ago.
The first beams I ever extended was not rocket science, but I asked around and looked at several dozen ways to do it. I picked what made the most sense in my head and ran with it. Scrap rem steel from the local steel yard, a huge arc welder, my friends little mig, an angle grinder with a bazillion cut off wheels and even more patience. If you want the pics that gave me the "Ah-ha" moment, jet me your email in a PM and Ill email you the pictures that shows a "how to" idea.

just out of curiosity, why do you run your top link heim that way? have you done other trucks that way? Ever had problems with it?
kinda funny less than 2 years ago I had to weld your shit together in the desert and telling you what you were doing wrong with little things and now your turning this stuff out lol
Did you weld over the factory welds on that 9" where the tubes come out?
If not then your factory welds look way better than some of the ones I have seen.

Thanks much dudes. (I think youre referring to vert vs hor?) I run it vertical simply because its more attractive to my eyes. Ive not done a truck with a horizontal one, but all I hear about it is its a biotch to get the bolt in and the nut on.
No, these are all new tubes for my custom width. I have chitty cell close up pics but they dont look good. But here's a slightly closer one.

Oh yeah. I dont doubt that at all. In fact, That was to be my initial route, but I chose this route last second. If it shows excessive wear, I will be trying it the other way for sure.

whats the purpose of the links getting so wide where the shock mounts are? kind of a cross between canoe style and traditional style link but i could never figure out why.

626 area meet next week. CLICK! http://www.dezertrangers.com/vb/so-cal/71215.htm
Its so that any 2.5 coilover can fit in there with such a low centerline without having to use those 3" lookin extended rod ends. I think a 3.0 coilover will fit but with only enough room for a gnat to scratch his nards.
