Them's yer beams arent they Dave?

What happened to the bypass up front?? Looked like you had it in early mock up and then it and lower shock mounts disappeared?

Also, did that tube on driver side a-pillar make it?? Seems like it's close to the clutch... maybe just the pic angle?

Truck looks bitchen. Looks like exactly what I'm after for my second build. 93-94 Extra Cab 5 speed 4.0

thanks dave. heres some pics of some additions i made to your radius arms yesterday. the plate goes all the way to the inside of the radius arm to box it in and some other plate work. i swear im never building another truck with out a plasma cutter. i wasted hours of my life with the cut off wheel and a hole saw ha ha. i should be having alot of updates over the next 2 weeks

bypasses mounts were just tacked on and i havent welded them on yet. the tube on the a-piller barely makes it past the clutch pedal with 1/8 of an inch to spare.

ya i will definatly be spending some money on tools before i build another truck. heres some pics of how the a b and c pillars mount to the frame at the request of a few pm's. the picture of the a-pillar isnt my truck but mine is exactly the same because i copied my buddy alex's design.

Did you hack the floor board out around the back seat tube mount to get the seat to sit lower?? Looks like it.

Wondering If I'm gonna have to do that on an extra cab build.

And you're shooting for Halloween? Lots of work. Good luck

ya i did hack the floor out but only in the middle of the cab. there is alot more done than is shown in the pics. i have a whole stack of tubs that need to be welded in. all i really need is rear shock mounts, brake lines, plumbing, wiring, mount bedsides, and a front bumper.

ya but im considering using a 8.8 off of an f-150 so that i dont have to deal with getting a driveshaft made and im sure the rear end is plenty strong enough with a 4.0 and leaf springs. and ill put the 9 inch in the truck when the truck gets ure links put on it

not off hand price wise but best place in the ie or any surrounding areas for brake lines is g an j hands down. finally all those parts you bought at the swapmeet get put to use. and another set of threat beams on a truck daves works is outstanding. looks good matt.

My threat front end with the 3.0 kusters is working great, yours should work even better with the bypass!
