think im gonna go non floater for now and save that money for more shocks and other things to get me going first than floater down the road ans swap all rearend parts except housing and axles over to new floater and sale currie,so i shouldnt really be wasting too much money by getting the currie and selling it later

    Question

? for you guys, could i get away with all 2.5" shocks and bypasses on all corners? thats what i had on my old fullsize and i dont really plan to race, maybe someday for fun a couple times.

go 3.0 bypass at the least. thats a big, potentially fast, truck. faded shocks=horrible ride and beats the chassis and susp up.

    Matt,

What are your plans for bumps? Yes/no or are you just going to run the bypass as them? I browsed through the last couple of pages real quick and didn't see any mention of them.

Doug isn't out of business but he is relocating out of state. It will be a pain to get ahold of him. Try pm'ing desertsub on RDC, that will be your best bet.

Give Dirt-Tech a call regarding the hubs. Ryan was so frustrated with dealing with Desert Specialties that he designed his own hub. You can see them here- http://www.dirt-tech.com/tp_dirt_tech_hubs.html . I have checked them out in person, and they look really nice. One of the cool things is that the front and rear are interchangable- you just switch out the drive plates.

X2 about the hubs. I have them and they are absolutely killer quality. Only 50 bucks more than the DS hubs and they have a few added features.
