Here's an exciting project we just got started on. We're building an i-beam Ford Ranger built around Best in the Deserts 7200 class rules.
Originally the customer bought all the parts off of us and was going to have a local shop build the truck for him. That didnt end up working out for him so he approached us to build it for him.
In a nutshell ... we're using part of the stock frame, the rear will be all tubes and it will be rocking a fiberglass body running the Ford SOHC 4.0L engine.
So far we sent the frame out to get sandblasted so it's nice and clean to work on, and once we got that back a couple days ago we started mounting the key suspension components. Now it's time to start bending up some tubes. We should make some really good progress in the next couple of weeks. I'll post updates as we go as usual.
Here's a brief list of what parts it will have on it.
