Nice, its always good to see people getting out there and doing on there own. What is the internal rib structure of the arm going to look like?

I'm charging him $1800 for labor which includes the kit and installation. Parts and shocks, he purchased. We used 1" uniballs on uppers and lowers. All heim steering, 10" Racerunner coil overs, custom spindles, BMS snouts, I'm machining custom snout blocks for when I build the spindles. I'm also going to plate the frame, and reinforce upper and lower arm mounts. Total is around $4,000 to $4,500 for the full setup.

I just bought a bigger lathe and I'm planning on getting a Miller Dynasty after I sell my 300AMP Miller Tig Welder. lol As for pricing, did you want them tacked or just a box of cut out plates? lol

Ok. So is the kit for your neighbor or for you?

I did some work on the Ranger today, started designing the spindles. I have to machine snout blocks. I plan on building the spindles next weekend, and also begin building the uppers. I'll post pics when I get some.

Yeah, the J-Arm performs really nice I just got done linking it and it is Amazing. lol I wanted to do a J-Arm because I hadn't really seen it done on a daily driven F-150, and because I had never built one so I thought I'd take on the challenge. lol
