one piece mounting is under way. Taking the hole saw to it was scary.

That's a big change, should be cool. What kind of coupling do you have connecting your steering shaft to the box?
zac
Just a regular borgeson joint. There's one more just before the blitzkrieg steering column.
NOR*CAL
Oh ok, hard to tell in the picture. Thanks.
zac
Drilled the cross shaft out for 5/8 bolts and welded some lock nuts in. Turned out alright. Still need to add tabs so make it double sheer

Kinda crazy looking but it should fit and protect a 20" led bar.

love it.
Got a crap ton of good stuff at the leduc swap meet. Bajas, wheels (to be converted to bead locks), a complete tranny, the rest of my fuel system, little HID's ( didn't want to buy a led bar) and a buncha little stuff

Tried reading through but couldn't find anything, I was wondering who's clip that is? It looks killer!
It's Hellion Race Products out of AZ

fuckin sick!!!
I don't always go to races...but when i do, i prefer dezert racing.
did you start with a set of cast mounts? kinda looks like it. i have a set of cast ones but instead used some non cast ones to make my mounts.
Yeah, pretty sure those are the cast ones. I would try and not use either type of stock motor mounts. I did mine the same as that and eventaully the cracked in the corners where they bolt onto the block. Eventually cracking my block...

Fuel pump is sucking air and causing it to run poorly but its all getting slowly figured out

Why is it sucking air? How much fuel do you have in it and is this a cell?

Because I stripped the threads on the inlet of the pump lol. Yes it's a 22 gal jazz cell and it's got about 10 gallons of gas in it.
Initially it was sucking air at the filter before the pump. Fixed that and wrecked the threads on the pump while double checking the rest of the fittings.
But now it's hard to diagnose other problems until I replace the pump. Im just running a simple inline pump that puts out 125psi that I got from a friend. Any recommendations on a new pump on a budget. I was thinking about a walbro 255.

I have a piersburg(sp?) And they are not a budget pump. Don't really have any recommendations, I've only known of two decent pumps and that's the piers and I can't remember the other one

Im running one of these on my 3.4, no issues at all.

How much psi?
I'm wondering if my 125psi is too much for my fuel system and making it run weird. You can hear in the video it struggles to idle but as soon as you give it throttle it snaps to life.
I donno. I'm learning lol
NOR*CAL
i dont feel like going back through everything, what motor? PSI on the pump doesnt really matter as long as it meets the minimum requirement of the motor, you should have a regulator on the fuel rail the regulates the pressure and sends the extra back to the cell via the return line.
It's a 3.4. I just need to fix the fuel problem and go from there I guess.
NOR*CAL
so close and yet so far. its good to see that the truck is running.
its kinda funny that your truck and ryan's both have fuel issues

Yes sir. At first it wasn't and had priming problems. But now it is about 3in below the lowest point of the cell.
