i know it doesnt work, its a 6" perrys fender and its 84 1/2" wide. with how it bumps the fenders are cut about 1/2" away from the body line so i might have to get a one piece to tuck tire

i thought about using my TRIANGLE DIMPLE DIES ya thats right .. i had machined up but i dgaf simple stupid= clean haha most the time haha and to be honest i dont have time to do anything on this pile. scrape needs to hurry up and bring me my ls6 from "failbrook" so i can mount that and the th400 and can throw away the 4.0 already

what's with the little hole on the radius arm? Is that just a relief hole to let expanding gasses escape while welding??

yeah - otherwise they try and blow out the end of the tube through your weld as you get close to the end of the weld sealing up the tube.

well put. usually ill drill 1/8" hole into tubes that are clsed off so the gas pressure doesnt build up in the tube and blow out. when it cools i weld the hole up and make it dissappear and ud never know it was there but u caught it in the pic

front is bumped and strapped at 21 exactly. think its more than plenty, rear will be strapped at 28-29 lol when i get around to it
