So I have the opportunity to upgrade to king kongs in the rear and still run a 3.5 in the front. Should I do it? I'll be building my fuel cell bout 65 gallons single spare with a Jack, bottle, and two big tranny coolers out back... Just trying to decide if I wanna do it or not

It's going to be a lot of shock for the back, will it work? For sure, but it will not be fun to tune.

If your running a 4.0 in the rear are you gonna use a 3.0 coilover or 2.5? I would think running a 2.5 would be better to cut down on the weight.

Not worried about tuning the back. It will not be a problem. It will be plenty for the back even with 2.5 3.5 . I might just stick with what I already have. Haha and ya mExi I'm not playing favorites I'm just trying to make my truck thug life haha. I came and got them when u were down in our homeland with Eric c racing.

I would say the benefit from running a 4.0 would be less maintainance. Less heat which means your fluid and seals will last longer. I want to upgrade to 4.0's in the future. My 3.0's get fawking hot. If you can do it, then do it.

ok so dont really know if this is the right place to ask but ill try anyways so i just bought some beams, spindles and beam mounts, im gonna have to buy all the brake stuff and bearings. i also got a new moog kingpin kit. my question is if there is a way for me to make a plate to bolt to the spindle to have my stock 96 ranger calipers work with the rotors. keep in mind the spindles did not come with the caliper mounting plate. whats the best way to go about this whole brake situation.... should i just run all the stock stuff. oh the beams are from a 74 f100... thanks for any of your guys help???
