by the way i ordered the 14" replacement coils there being powder coated then will be shipped out so if you can hold off on using the other 16" coils for the rear then do so to exchange otherwise if they dont get their in time just go ahead and put them on the rear

yo josh... how did you get the paint off the body when you put the roof back on.

(did you get it off the inside of panels too?) It's been a pain for me to get this paint off everywhere I need to weld the roof back on... i've been sanding. Thinking maybe to use some aircraft stripper.

    uhhhh NO! LOL

I actually tried that. Works great for the flat outside parts... but those pesky tight radius portions... and inside wall aren't accessible.

just dgaf it and weld thru the paint there?

yeah just weld through the paint or get a big 7" wire wheel on the grinder and go at it.

the front sits nice now with the new coils.... got it home a hour ago.... tomorrow will get pics of glass mock up in position

still need to do some fab work bumps (i see what josh was talking about for the front bumps), need to weld sway bar, seat mounts, glass mounts, and bumpers, and engine crossbrace.... the lincoln 180c is going to get some use lol

this next month ill be buying lots of parts so if your selling anything let me know, first priority is to get it running and take it out to octillo or glamis, then ill worry about glass mounting.

    I need:

9" full floater axles, third member, brakes and calipers, fuel filter, pump, fittings, battery relocation kit, steering wheel and quick disconnect, front FF hubs and uniball spindle, harness straps,

im sure their other stuff.... first thing on my list is driveshaft and finishing rear end
