Im running the lucas heavy duty 85/140 gear lube in my toyota axle, 80/90 would work good too. The bolt in the middle of the axle is where you want the oil to be filled to.

you know you can just drill a hole and put the turn signal bulbs in the corner lenses and it looks way clean. IMO.

looks good. quick question, why are you using the stainless brake line with the rubber one? why not just get a longer one to get ride of the rubber? or did you just put them together for the pic?

ha i measured wrong. stainless wasnt long enough so i just used the rubber as an extension works perfect but now im a little too long. i dont wanna spend the money on another stainless line when this works!

truck is finally on the road and legal!
runs great and has had no problems so far. still lots of little stuff to do. and trying to save up for the big stuff.
    little stuff:
flush radiator again, bump sotps in rear, recharge rear foxs, change tranny fluid, repair and paint fiberglass.
    big stuff:
rear tires, install seats, cab cage, 5pt harnesses, kragen hids, front bumper, finish bed, regear, convert front to 6 lug, and fix whatever breaks!

also trying to figure out how to haul my quad without a trailer..thinking of getting a hitch cargo hauler which ill put the rear tires on and then put the front of the frame and front tires on my stand up spares. think it will work?

took the truck out for the weekend up to the cinders. didnt like the hills to much on the drive up. but ran great out on the trails. real smooth through the whoops. climbed almost any hill i wanted it to. ran solid all weekend. only had to replace the air filter, and also smashed a rear break line now its time for bump stops and a break line.

looks reallly good tho. better than my glasswork glass i have up front i dont really like the soft curve look, i like the sharp aggressive look.

went to glamis two weekends ago. bad trip. fryed the clutch on the way back from the drags sat night. had to trailer it home and a friend of mine lost control coming down the 10 due to a bad sway. truck ended up half way off the trailer. heres some crappy cell pics. will be doing a lot of body work now that the clutch is fixed.

rear passenger glass is split with lots of stress cracks.

driverside cab is beat up pretty good. hard to tell in the pics but i can barely shut the door

Reguardless how bad the sway was the truck should have never left the trailor. Poor strap or chain down? Could have been prevented. Good thing it's not as bad as a buddy mines one tine. His came completly off and hit a f150 totaling both.

How much wider is that rearend? I was thinking of doing the swap to mske it wider.

the axle isnt really that much wider. t100 would probably be a better upgrade. i just got a good deal on this one otherwise i would have gotten something wider

truck barely moved. only thing that might have helped a little bit was if i wrapped the front strap a few times around the frame/cage. but the front left dropped off the trailer and the cab landed on the fender well. truck was secured just fine. he was doin over 85mph when he went into a bad sway coming down the hill outside of quartzite. ended up yanking him sideways and spun him around facing traffic. his driving is what caused my truck to move! but hes paying to fix it
