    Not realy I got a conversion to 2000 expo front conversion glass and a single swinger for steering and my engine cage is ready to be picked up from giant he had modified it for me to run a bypass and coilover. I think I am going to work on it tue.

    Fyi the price was $449.00 for the rear glass from kartek.

    think im gonna hold up on the rear glass, seeing as i dont need it yet.
    CVP Prerunners is going to be building me a light rack this coming weekend so that should be going on in a couple weeks. then off to paint

    so i was thinking about painting my grille and all the chrome trim on it black cause its getting really faded (like KMK). what do you guys think? also gonna do clear corners and throw on mtr 33 12.50 on my mt classic IIs.

    haha itll have to be on a weekend,I now work 5 days a week 5:45am to 3:30pm haha i just need help holding tubes,tacking,measureing and what not. just need an extra hand lol

    well my explorer is basically on hold for a long time, just moved out and im not gonna have as much money laying around. hopefully within the next couple of weeks there will be light rack and thats gonna be it for a while. hoping around christmas i will have it painted. until then its on the back burner

    ordered some new 33 12.50s goodyear mtrs. should be here next week. then getting my light rack from brian(cvp prerunners) hopefully soon. and after that its basically finished for a while

    For those who are wondering how its monted. the two tubes that reach out over the winshield are welded to a piece of angle iron 2 1/2 inchs long. one side flat with the roof and the other side welded into te door jam. ill have a few of these racks made if anybody is intrested...the center section of the rack is removable.it sits about 1/2 from the winsheild at its lowest part

    it is VERY sturdy for how it is. all 1 1/4 mild .120 wall. there will be a rear support added if needed but depending on the lights logan gets will very on that.

    thats scary close to the windsheild.. test it in the dirt(for vibration and flex).. i think its going to flex and hit ..

    its atleast 1/2"... if it does,then it will get raised. no big thing. ive got a REALLY fat friend and we put his wait on it and it hardly even moved... but we will see what happen. all the light racks ive had done havnt hit the windshield and it had 4 hella 4000's
