wow inside the cab looks crazy!
i skipped a bunch of progress pics, but here's a shot from the first test session this past weekend and some video. Video is one of the first runs and raw so isn't terribly exciting. Giants 64" kit handles extremely well along with all the other Giant stuff on there.
and pic.........
few more.....
Bad ass truck dude! I'm partial to single cab rangers and yours is one of my favorites.
Also, too bad you have that V8, your truck looks like it would KILL in that new 1500 class.

badass truck, saw it parked at the D38 races.
couple more vids......these two are the next day which we made some adjustments to the rear and didn't like em. Will be switching back to how it was in that first (lower quality) video.
Looking good man!

Yeah thats a nice build, Im impressed the rear handled that well for leafs. Very nice, LOL about the whole nothing to "4 years later" in a matter of 2 posts...
SICK!!!!!!! Good luck and have fun with it!!!!
thanks for the good comments, yup its def nice to finally get it out there. I was pretty suprised on how well the leaf pack does, and the rear isn't even dialed yet.
Unfortunately, last weekend the modified f150 8.8 im running decided to prove that it is in fact 3 separate pieces. I might try to put the tubes back in and weld it to the housing until i can get a nice 9in, but it might keep me from racing the sprint to the dash. Might just be there rolling her off the start line and into the pits.
wow... that truck is really getting it in that first video... Is that out of the box valving or had you already done some tuning before you shot that??
Truck look really good!

thanks, that was after our first adjustment, 4turns in to the main compression, and 3 to the secondary. I dont know where it was positioned originally so i still have to check how from out from bottomed the screws are. It still needs more tuning though. Running 20comp and 10rebound base valving i'm pretty sure.
wow.... thats a really nice handling kit.... imagine how smooth it'll be after you play with the bypass tubes for a while.

specs on motor?????? also did you buy a wiy header kit?
motor is a re-built roller 302 out of an 85 mustang gt, stock cam, stock heads, edelbrock rpm air gap intake and a holley 670cfm truck avenger carb which needs a significant amount of tuning, running pretty badly. Will be going to the dyno before the dash to hopefully get it dialed.
For the headers, I just bought a box of 'bending mistakes' from Stahl headers and cut the bends out to piece together my own. Bought some steel flanges and cut those to make the tubes individually removable. Pretty cheap/easy way to go for custom headers. Just takes time.
bump
I cost more and take 3 times as long, but i have a waiting list, so that must say something! heres a link vv
