Text or call with info if you have a kit for sale. 626 340 3060 -Colin ]]> Wanted dman1 http://www.dezertrangers.com/vb/wanted/178356.htm Caged 92 single cab ranger project for extra cab ranger http://www.dezertrangers.com/vb/we-trade/178355.htm Tue, 21 May 2013 17:55:38 GMT The ranger I have is a nice start for a badass truck i just want an extra cab, the wheel base is too short for me (it would be great with deavers but I'm going linked, plus I would have to chop of the already done bed cage which would be a waste) it is caged from front to rear, tabbed for race seats, 2.3l manual with a painless wiring harness, nice custom sheet metal dash, don't know what kind of shackles it has but they're beefy, front clip, bedsides, 15" aluminum rims on 35" bfg's. looking for a extra cab, with or without motor (I have a 351 & t5 ready to go) body damage ok just not too much on the cab, cab cage would be nice, the only plus' I will give for bed or engine cage is if the bed is set up for link or the engine is removable and can tuck a 351, mine is glassed, so if yours isn't that's a big - in my book(that shit is expensive) + or - cash or parts to keep it an even trade

Suspension run down...

Front: 14" FOA remote res coilovers with 2.0 bump. 17" travel

Front feels pretty good. Only bottomed out completely on jump.

Rear: chevy 64's bastard pack re-arched to 15". King 2.5 tripples bypass shock. 16-17" travel, not really exactly sure.

Came within 1.5" of bottoming out as far as the shock shaft looks. I threaded the rebound tube all the way out because I felt like the rear is packing. It got a little better...

How smooth can I get these leafs to run? And should I be looking for more or should I be looking for links?

When it jumps it lands smooth especially for a flat land... old truck males lot of noise tho.
