LC engineering Block Brace. LC engineering 1 5/8 header with merge collecter. And some other little things.

    The truck hasnt run since the MDR night race, so it will be nice to have it back together. Goal is 165 HP at 6000k RPM.

    in a 7.3 NBS and OBS (Like ours Spce) you can sustain a 1200 degree egt for aprx 45 seconds, Pre Turbo, Post turbo 1000 for about 20 seconds... Gauge are SUPER Easy to install and so is exhaust, I used the banks 3.5" Downpipe then went to 4 inch, no cat, no muffler and also i gutted my exhaust back pressure valve (Located at the turbo) Increased boost and egt dropped aprx 50-100 degrees, with my current chip i can hit 1000 egt's from 0-80 EASY not to mention lots of black smoke to i also have the banks intercooler and a smaller exhaust turbo housing

    spcespff- i installed a boost, pyro(EGT), and trans temp, they are Isspro gauges
    sandman- 1200 is the redline pre-turbo, some dyno/drag runs can see 1250-1300 degrees. realize that is only for a few seconds, not sustained
    yourname- about 26psi so far, thats taking it right from the intake elbow on a 10-60mph run, stock
    Post-It-Note - tell that to all the guys making high hp with a modern diesel. getting rid of the smoke might make the hp more efficient, but it seems as though it is the easiest way to put down big numbers. once my programmer is in my truck, i will definately look forward to all the smoke, thanks to the 420-450 rwhp.

    well while the ranger is getting rebuilt i decided to get myself a new DD that I could pimp out, haha. IM addicted like the rest of us maniacs. I bought a 97 explorer with a 5.0 in it. All leather, all power and in gorgeous condition with LOW miles. Just threw some spindles on it but in the very near future I will add a custom upper with heim tapped in the spindle, twin bypass up front with fox air bump. Rear will be custom leaf pack with the ability to still tow with a 12 inch fox and an air bump as well....might throw a simple little cage in it to keep it safe as well. As of now...spindles, 33s programer and intake...exaust is being done this week...headers, custom y pipe to a 3 inch dyno max as the resonator and a 3 inch spintech..IM all excited about htis..now to just get the ranger back in action

    I friggin love my 96 5.0L Exploder, but mine is AWD so its a bit trickier to lift

    Also mounted the tranny coolers. I&#39;ll be making an aluminium piece to partially enclose the back of the truck. You won&#39;t see the mini shock hoop that the coolers are mounted on at all, rather just the fan packs from the rear of the truck. Don&#39;t worry it will have all the buzz words, bead rolled, anodized, LED ambers and brake light, lol. The only reason I did it this way was because of the location of my cell and filler neck location on the fill plate. I didn&#39;t want to route the fuel filler into the cab and mount it in the extra cab window. Bla, Bla, Bla.
