    Default Front bumper fab inquery.

Hey, so I've been looking around a lot on prices and quotes for shops or anyone that can fab a standard straight bar prerunner bumper. Can anyone drop some names for me of shops that do it or if anyone wants to make some extra cash on here who can make one let me know! I've googled around and called and asked a few places but so far only local places I can find that'll do it in a reasonable time is camburg. Anyone got some shops or people they reccomend I can have one fab one up for me it would be greatly apprecieated. Or if theres already a thread on this, forward me a link or something, all/any help is apprecieated.

I'd ideally like to have a real simple straight bar bumper w/ a skid plate, same design as this.

Anyone with a bender and welder on this site should be able to make it. I'm sure a garage fabber could make it for you at half or maybe a quarter of the cost Camburg would charge.

Jason at Camburg can sit on a tac. Dude was a complete dick to me in 2002 when I joined the military and was in there planning on how to spend my signing bonus. I bought a welder and grinder instead and never looked back.

My bad. That's a decent price for top notch quality. Id do it for 3-400 depending on materials just so I could get your buisness. I live in Colorado though.

im capable of building a bumper with ease. but i only have a 1.5 die currently. and i use a tubed portion going from the main bar to the frame. havent yet tried to box the frame and connect it to the main tube.

Well no sorry guys that post was misleading, camburg would make one to attach to stock bumper bolts for $550, I just used that pic for refrence to show how I want the upper bar, I just want a straight bar bumper, i could care less how you have to mount it honestly. Just want a skid plate and a bumper I can fit something along the lines of a 32" or 3-8" light bars on. camburg didn't quote me on how long they would take to make it but they would need my truck in the shop and since its my DD I need it to get back and forth to work.

I'm in Santa Maria, CA so it's probably too far of a drive for you. I can build one of those in a full day, everything welded, painted and done.

I won't have the money for another week or 2, thanks to 4 wheel parts like always and their surprise extra charges... but probly 2 or 3 weeks absolute tops I'll have more than enough and would hope to have had something lined up to drop it off and have it done by the end of the day or the next day tops. My gf lives out in upland area so that wouldn't be too much of a mission for me since im usually always down there on weekends anyways.
