What entitles you to dimensions for long travel arms? After all these trial and errors, and time spent designing

Its called r&d and all of the shops that have good working kits have done a shit load of it. They all spend alot of money and time designing kits and your just asking to have it handed to you.

Why can't he buy a CAD file from a company if there is one willing to sell one? Risk of him replicating the kit for selling as his own product?

I will have a WIY kit available for your truck VERY soon.
as far as dimensions I would sell them for the same cost as the WIY kit minus 500 bucks.
Anyone who buys a kit can rip a design, it's always/never really a concern.
OP obvi. is a DIY type and wants to save some bucks and go thru the motions

just for reference it takes about 500 hours to design a decent front end
for that reason what the other guys said is also 100% true.

for pics see my 07 silvy build, the front end will be coming together over the next week or so.

yeah. buy cad file, take to laser cutter, get 100 sets cut out cheap, weld up cheap = easy money for little work. not fun.

500 hours to design a front end? If it took me 3 months of full work weeks to design a front end Id be out of business after attempting to design my first kit.

Suspension design I'd say is ultimately dependent how good you are at math, which can either shorten or lengthen your design time.

anyone have Mazulla kit I can rent for a few days!? Hahahahah
First there was Napster, which the consumer loved but not the record labels and Lars Ulrich in particular. Now people want free long travel kits!? once again a consumer would love but the companies who engeneered them would NOT!

Long travel black market. Count me in

Well, that guy has been talking about making his T100 kit since he signed up here. It seems you would be right.
