We want to see pics of work, you've ACTUALLY done, that shows you have the knowledge and experience to provide educated criticism.

You constantly say that all of this goes 2 ways. You are nothing but a hypocrite. All you have done is throw out berating comments about people and the work they do without providing any background on yourself to justify your viewpoint.

You are entitled to your opinion but when you give it in an open forum and it is questioned by others, you better have your shit together to validate what you are saying.
