PS. DILLIGAF5.0 is funny. fake or not. especially when he uses way too much proper terminology for structural support and then says, "yo, here's my ghetto shit !"

I couldn't quite figure out what we were specifically looking at when Matt first posted the pic, I thin kI see it now, did they cut off the side of the frame because the coilovers didn't clear? And then not even plate it in?

if you have to paint your fiberglass, you didnt plan your truck very well. buy a white truck and the fiberglass is already the right color.

Haggard as fuck....even now....I saw it out in barstow at in-n-out after the race a few months a go....but I hear it does really good in the dirt......so who cares....if it runs hard and hasnt broke yet...your good to go.
Anytime you're in the dezert and something nerfs you, think back to this post.
idk why these guys got all defensive about you sayin my truck is haggard. in all reality it is, but its pretty proven, i'd rather my truck look like shit than work like shit, idk just me i guess, i'd rather dump $400 bucks into something that will make my truck hold up better than dumping it into the paint. Im not gonna point fingers or anything as this goes for a lot of people, but a prime example is the DA crew, dont get me wrong they all have bitchin trucks and all are way chill, it's just that there are 2 different spectrums of trucks, trucks built off and tested to the standards of racing, and trucks that are built for fun and playin. while the DA crew's rigs look nice and go big and get publicity, which is perfect for what they are built for, trucks like mine are used entirely for different reasons, i've chased every single MDR race for like 1.5 years in my truck, and toss in a few MOReON races as well.

so i take your post as a compliment, purpose built to get shit done and have fun doin it. ha, and believe me its broken countless times, thats why i chase, every truck i fix, i learn what and what not to do, its an exponential learning experience first hand. Im racing the lucerne 400 comming up at the end of this month, gonna show what a bit of mild steel, 4 shocks, and some flat black will do, oh yea, and the 2.9.

14ROD2 bitches. and my beams are 9.75 over stock a side
I totally agree....Mike it was nothinn personal, and I know what your sayin about all these bling ass trucks....with that much money into makin them look nice they should be able to make em run hard.....I persoanally have never seen ur truck run but like I said my buddies say it does awsome and for that i commend you.....and hell yeah for another mild steel creation...join the club...we meet at the compound in Norco off second street on tuesdays.....find the maroon ranger that hasnt moved in about 6 months and ur there...haha...

How it works before how it looks. AMEN

i thought that ranger was yours, the "compound" haha. the "F-1 FACTORY" is right up the street from you, on Dales. drive by tonight, we'll probably be in the garage or backyard. unless we are prepping the race truck in riverside...

This one is one of my alltime favorites, I know it has been posted before but it deserves a place in this thread

no, its a square tubing 5 or 6 link? really shitty lol. truck is a pile. and it has bump stops, see the metal stumps? they dont actually bottom the suspension out tho..... my favorite is the stock trailing arm mounts still attached.

and WOW, if thats ian brunos old truck.... he sure stepped it up a notch!!!
