I started this build the day before the superbowl, and a month later I can finally post some pics...

What I've done.. 62" Deaver's, Total chaos, baja bushings, king double bypasses, the bump stops are on my workbench right now... Gen II up front, lower uniball, with bypasses soon...

First of all thanks to jesse@tlt and matt for posting up their trucks so i could get some ideas going, and thanks to Danny who has helped me work on this thing..

inside shackle gusset. It goes back so far on the inside because there was a hole and butt joint where my new frame plate joined the original frame.

Prepping the old housing, I threw in a lock right locker, which works great for how easy it was to install.

Lower mounts, which you can barely see (sorry) and the 3/4" that supports the main 1" square tubing that the bedside mounts to.

This is how the main hoop attaches to the frame. 3/16" plate was welded on the sides, and then the .120 1 3/4 was welded to that. The x-bracing was welded to the top of the frame to distribute the stress across two sides (4 points) of the frame, rather than one attachment point.
