Ya man PM me on that^^^
    Im def. interested

Here's a teaser of how clean our stuff is now that I have a real welder here making me look like I know what I'm doing =)

Doing a pre-production promo to dr members only for $1799 for the whole setup with all uniballs, heims, and high-misalignment spacers
I setup the jig for 48, 54, and 60" lower links, the upper is 75% the lower length and proportionate to the pro2 specs to maintain the target geometry.
Depending on dialed in welding time, laser cutting, and cnc bending expense the kit will retail for somewhere between 2400 and 3K after Jan 1st
anyone who makes a deposit on a kit by then will secure the deal.

    Thanks for the support!

You have till the first to secure this proto-fab deal, after that my prices will be fair but back up where they should be so I can eat food and pay rent. I have been going upside down on all the proto jobs and as expected here comes the end of the year and I'm runnin' low on funds.

Anyone who has hit me up, PM me if you want to make something happen at the discounted price.

    THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT

To all who contacted me. I was working nonstop to finish the red silverado and I'm sorry for being unavailable.
We are now accepting 2 more vehicles for prototype work.

Even though the canti kit is established for silverados Im also doing a group buy on the DIY version of the canti kit so get at me if you wanna rock a functional bed on a leaf sprung truck. The Cantilever setup worked great in the Silverado, Im going to run it in the t100 chase truck we're doing and in my own prerunner.

We are not going to be doing mid travel kits anymore, We picked up Total Chaos and they have most applications covered for mid travel so we can do the install here. If you are looking for a Full on Race Quality Long Travel Kit we are still prototyping kits for most popular applications and some not so common trucks too.

New stuff available very soon, Gotta get my garage fab dues paid, then I will post some pics of what we have been working on.

Made the prototypes full floater conversion for the T100 and 8" toy axles, we have 2 sets going on rigs now
I will post more pics as we assemble the axle but you can get an idea of how it goes together from the pics
working on the t100 caliper bracket currently, a Wilwood caliper bracket is in the works as well.

Also doing Toyota and D44 spindle snout blocks now

The spindles are our new Toyota 4wd LT design. They are designed to work with a TC LCAs =)
The pics of our new LCA's are too big to post so I will get some more and try again asap.

We also picked up Pro-Tools so we are now your west coast source for their products.
I'm trying to get Dean to allow a group buy on the new bender which is the best design I have ever seen.

More on that as soon as I get word

will the floater kit work on a tundra housing with the abs censors? And price?
Looking for 16-18" 3.0 kuster or sway-a-way bodies, threaded or bypass. PM me

I can make a provision for the ABS sensor, just gotta get my hands on the tundra axle and take some measurements.

The machined adapter plates are 450 a pair, brake brackets are 50/pr.
You can fab some brackets pretty easily and set it up for your tundra brakes as well.

With the 35 spline spool for the t100 diff this is a nice little setup for trucks in the 82-86" TW zone.
This project is laying groundwork for the Full Width axle housing we are developing currently.

finally - the new 4wd Lowers

So the adapter bolts to the stock flange on the end of the housing? not worried about the strength of that flange? i had a similar idea a few years ago, never did anything with it though. maybe i should have haha

Nice job on the spindle and lowers Dave! Sure wish I could've pulled the trigger and brought my 4x4 DC Tundra up to the old stomping grounds for this sheot!!

P.S. still have all that Independent stuff to give you someday...when I can finally make it up that way

That is def a consideration, on my axle the trusses tie into that flange but I think that is the potential weak point in the design without some provision.
A 1/4-3/8" weld-on clamshell collar would probably also do the trick if needed and we will make that part of the kit if any issues arise in that area.
Like any new product theres a test period, Im testing the first pair on the camino and plan to beat the shit so we will know if its gonna give soon enough.

The track width increase isnt too much so I dont think there are huge leverage increases over factory. No more then a wheel spacer or higher offset wheel. Thats the logic behind the design anyway...

Not yet^ and yes, def. interested. PLz PM me for details

    Installed front end is 4,000
shocks, bumps, and axles not included in that price

The cantilever system is 1200 as a universal kit or 1500 installed
you will want leafs sprung under and capable of 18-22" of travel to really maximize the potential of the cantilever setup
