Carlos might I suggest using a shock of some sort up front? I think you'll feel a difference.

Strong, very tight, plated, and 2" mains . It was a three seater at the time, now back to two seats. Never got around to posting these...

Yes thats a 2" tube tucked in there

Didn't want any kind of dash mounts because I wasn't sure on what to do for a dash so he just made me a shifter mount.

Here's a buggy we are doing some stuff to, like shock mounting, fuel cell mounts, etc.

Yeah, although I wouldn't call them frame horns. The stock bumper attached directly to his tow hitch, and without a lot of headache, the only way was to build the bumper off the hitch, so that's what we did after talking to him about it.

The bug came here with the cage outlined, we did seat mounts, shock mounts, cell mounts, and small misc. Stuff. Paul at zero tolerance did the cage.

    Here's something different for us.
'99 explorer sport. Wagoneer front Dana 44 axle, a doubler made out of a 1350 transfer case with a DD machine doubler kit, manual shift 1354 transfer case, etc. Overall, a big pain in the ass!

Use big squishy bushings. Radius arms suck for articulation. I wish we would have just done a 3 link with Panhard, but he wanted radius arms.

The Blazer is gonna tow and spend a ton on time on the highway, we are going radius arms so the thing doesn't need a sway bar.

in theory that works, but in the real world it doesnt very well. That was the reason (or one of) that i did radius arms on that jeep i built but You either end up with almost no articulation (like un driveable) or tons of body roll. very hard to get a happy medium without a sway bar.

Just out of curiosity, what do you use for the spacers on the 2.0 shock upgrade on the ranger. It looks like tubing just sleeved over the bolt.

If its not tubing, where do you get your spacers?
