    Default Poly ttb bushing install

has anyone installed energy suspension bushings in their ttb? my set came with a paper just listing part #s, no real instructions. Am I supposed to press out the old metal sleeve and replace with the new one? I would look it up online but my computer isnt working right now. Dana 35 ttb on a 91 ranger.

Stiff poly bushings are great on a street car. On a off road truck, not so much. You would have been better of with stock rubber ones.

Poly is going to limit misalignment and thus droop travel, right?

It won't limit it, but it will put a hell of a lot more load on everything involved.

So in that case, if I had uniball pivots instead of bushings, how would that work out? I guess if I dont like it, I can change it later. Im not sure how many different types of bushings there are. Ive seen the stiff, almost hard plastic style, these are more soft rubbery type. Theres still some good squishyness
