To my knowledge, the 8 month long investigation was regarding another matter.

She most likely knew he was being investigated about the first issue, but its a big leap to suggest she had any knowledge regarding the kiddie porn. TRUST ME! People's tones seem to be changing, has it been confirmed that this is in fact involving children and not 17 year olds, or girls who's age just can't be verified, which I think we all agree would be considerably less objectionable?
