Look at the Super Duty lift stuff, it is the exact same stuff it was when the company was Donahoe. So are all the coilovers, they just have Icon topcaps now instead of DR ones. Dylan, who was the head engineer for DR took over when Kreg was taken to jail and the company went under. Dylan is still the head engineer and also runs the company. Dylan is not the only owner, there are two other guys/companies that own Icon as well. One of those companies is not Kartek, but is very closely associated with Kartek. The reason you may see some different products that DR never had on the front page is because Dylan has designed and developed those products himself since the company became Icon, they are brand new products that DR never had. I'm glad to see Dylan and my other friends that still work there are doing well now.

CALIFORNIA OFF-ROAD RACER SENTENCED TO 8 YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON FOR DISTRIBUTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

A Corona man who owned an off-road-racing manufacturing firm has been sentenced to eight years in federal prison for distributing child pornography.

William Kreag Donahoe, 39, who until at least the end of 2007 was president of Donahoe Enterprises, Inc. (doing business as Donahoe Racing) in Corona, was sentenced Monday by United States District Judge Stephen G. Larson in Riverside federal court. In addition to the 96-month prison sentence, Judge Larson ordered that, following his release from prison, Donahoe be on supervised release for the rest of his life.

Donahoe was arrested at his business on December 3, 2007 following an investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff's Department, the Corona Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The investigation started in early 2007 when a detective with the Tulare County Sheriff's Department, acting in an undercover capacity, communicated with Donahoe in a Yahoo! chat room. After Donahoe claimed that he had pictures depicting himself having sexual relations with one of his daughters, Donahoe sent pornographic images of a man and a juvenile female, although the photos did not depict Donahoe and he did not have a daughter at the time. Further investigation included the execution of a search warrant at Donahoe Racing, where authorities recovered a computer that held images of child pornography and evidence that Donahoe had traded images of child pornography with individuals around the world.

Time served waiting for trial counts towards the sentence time. Also, sentence can be reduced for good behavior and other things like budget cuts.......

Sorry Barge, but there is no way you can even begin to downplay the severity of his actions in any way, shape or form. Intentionally viewing, owning and distributing child pornography is no less vile or despicable than producing it. There is no difference as far as any of us should be concerned. He knowingly engaged in business that promotes the destruction of young lives leaving the victims irreversibly scarred emotionally for the remainder of their lives. People do not recover from that type of abuse. It's pure filth.

Your cell phone example isn't even close to being on the same page as what Donahoe did.

Dude, according to the report he claimed to have pictures of him and HIS daughter and offered to share them with the undercover cop. Although they were not of him and his daughter to make a statement like that is way FUCKED up.

He was CONVICTED of DISTRIBUTING it. He didn't just accidentally have it on there for no reason not knowing that it was CP.

You guys keep justifying it saying everyone may have looked at a girl who wasn't 18.. Law aside, I think there is a huge moral issue when you stumble across a 17 year old and a 10 year old. The 16 and 17 year olds are most likely the ones putting it out there- The ones sending naked pics to their little boyfriends phone and doing gnar shit on a webcam. It wasn't the 10 year olds decision. They were violated and thats the difference. So stop using your may not have been 18 excuse and try using some fucking common sence. /END RANT

i said multiple times I am not justifying it, I agree, with what your saying though. I was just stating the facts! read my posts it says I am not justifying what he did, and that it is wrong, its freaking disgusting. When I have children and I found out someone at a day care service, or something like that were doing weird crap like this with my kids I'd fly off the handle and probably wind up killing the person. It's freaking disgusting, what people do these days. I never justified the situation.
