i dont think 8 years is enough...there is NO justifyin it...

its crazy to see some people try to make it seem like its not so bad.. yet u see something in crappy fab or u read about pirate lab and the DUI story or the RRP shit and u make is sound like its the end of the world.. this guy is a fuckin pervert and deserves to be fuckin hung IMO

What I see going on here is the main problem with a lot of society today. Your all running around going "Yeah, we put away a dangerous man that was preying on children". Well, not really. What you have is a good PR stunt by the police. Unable to catch the person that is actually taking the pictures they proclaim a hollow victory by crucifying the guy they can get their hands on. I have yet to see any evidence of him ever doing anything more than passing around pictures of someone else that he got from someone else.


By your guys logic, we should be rounding up all the white supremacists that have pictures of the holocaust and charging them with genocide.

Until they catch the person making/taking the pics, they are just grandstanding to garner public approval. More than likely, the picture were taken out of country and the perp will never see a US courtroom. I don not condone child pornography, but I fail to see putting Craig in jail for 8 years will stem the flow of material being produced by other people.

I think you may be right about that Barge, however Kreg did cooperate with the Feds and let him use his password to catch the other guys in the "ring", which is one of the reasons he only got an 8 year sentence. So it is entirely possible that by arresting Kreg, Kreg helped the FBI catch the guy who was actually producing the material, although I never heard anything about that.

Just like drugs.. One guy makes it and spreads it to 5 guys. They spread it to 5 guys... so on.

Take away one of the 1st 5 guys, and that's a significant amount of distribution dropped. Same with pics.. He may not be taking them, but he was in possession/distribution. Not to mention he claimed to have pics of him with his daughter.

Now, imagine of those pics were of YOUR daughter/son, taken by a baby sitter, daycare worker.. ETC. You'd want ANYONE who has em to be punished right?

Brian, I pmed you, and know you are gracefully backing out of this- but one last comment to you. Just being in the business I am, Kreag more than likely provided the fuzz with a wealth of information (voluntary or not), that can and will help them go after other people. That, and providing an outlet for the pervs who produce the stuff, make Kreag a very worthy target.

Wat good is a drug dealer if all his customers are locked up...and u don't kno that the person who took these pics isn't locked up..I'm sure they have put donahoe under a lot of questioning and some information had to have come out...

I have young kids, and am absolutley disgusted with this situation! Where there is demand, there is somebody willing to exploit and make money. You take away the demand, all the "kregs" out there,and you essentially take away some of the the motivation for the greaseballs taking these pictures(at least distributing them). I think he got off really lightly, his family on the other hand, will be suffering for life, and that right there is enough for me to want his head on a platter.

How can you charge people now for a murder in the past which they didn’t commit? A far better example would be, “By your guys logic, we should be rounding up all the white supremacists that have pictures of the holocaust and charging them with condoning genocide.”
Even then since they are not actively trying to commit genocide so they are covered under the 1st amendment, if they were trying to rally people for a genocide they would not be covered since that is hate speech and they would go to jail. Damn just defeated your logic guess that why you didn’t try to apply any.
