Default Explorer Radiator and Ranger Radiator. Universal?

Quick question and once its answered mods can delete this thread. I was looking at this radiator off poly from cbr, and it says for 93/94 ranger. Would it work in my explorer since its the same year, and motor? Take the stock one off and swap this one in without having to do mods or anything? THANKS!!!

Different lower hose. When I swapped in the explorer radiator into my 94 ranger I had to use the explorer lower hose. You will need to use a ranger lower hose in your explorer with a ranger radiator.

Is it just the hose that's different or in the output on the radiator different? I know on my '95 Explorer the output on the radiator comes out straight. When I did my SAS I used a steering box from a '94 and I had to make my own lower radiator hose to go around the box. If the Ranger radiator output points down I may want to go with one.

It's been a while but I think the lower hose location is on the opposite side. I sold the truck about 5 years ago.

Both my 93 explorer and 93 ranger (has a 94 or 95 radiator in it) have the hose coming out at 45 degrees or so pointed towards the ground on the passenger side. Just called my dad to double check on my ranger, and walked out side to look at the expo
