Thanks for the video! really cool how you put it together. The ONLY highlight of the weekend for us was qualifying first with a lame truck. We DNF 10 miles into the race
Brad my trans was fine in qualifying . Kevin maybe it was my motor missing bad. We had problems all weekend. Congrats on the 2nd!!
Whos that jeep guy in 1450? I never got his name but I owe him a bumper.

Kyle Milligan (19) driving the SMT/ NEO oil sponsored Esslinger powered Ford Ranger brings it home for a win at Ridgecrest this past weekend in the SNORE KC HiLites Midnight Special.
It was a very long weekend with some great racing on a really brutal course. Out of 109 starters 38% of the vehicles did not finish the race, congratulations to all who survived for a finish.
Kyle left the starting line at 7:28pm with a clean run up until about MM42 where they made contact with another vehicle when two race lines merged causing them to lose a right rear tire. After finding a place to pull over and change the tire putting them down about 15 minutes they got back in the truck finishing lap one with a time of 1:54.
After pulling into the pits at the end of lap #1 to change out the spare and top off with fuel they were off on lap #2. Almost immediately they lost all power to the lower front lights and all the dash lights making it very difficult to see the course with all the shadows from only the top driving light working they were able to make it back around the course with a time of 2:29.
Pulling into the main pits again we were able to hot wire the bottom front driving lights top off with fuel and get them back out on the course. At about MM25 they had a complete electrical short when the main power cable broke away from the starter causing them to pull off the course to find and fix the problem. After more than a hour of down time they got back up and running and were able to bring the truck in for a win in class with 3:04 lap time on lap #3.
Kyle and Mark took the checked flag at 2:58am with an overall time of 7 hours 28 minutes & 41 seconds only averaging 22miles per hour which was good enough for a win in the SNORE NAPA 7s Challenge.
Thanks to NEO oil, Baker Performance, Esslinger Engineering, Factory transmissions, Burnsville Sign Works,EC Springs for great parts and a special thanks to Mark, Greg & Warren for all their support this weekend whom without them we never would have finished the race.
See ya all out at 41st running of the Pahrump Nugget SNORE 250 race in October...

hey andrew sorry i took so long to see this. i left directly from the race to the sacramento river for a week i just got back. we had a few issues, the truck kept cutting out lik it has in the past like at the lucerne race but jimmie was able to figure it out and fix it, just a ground issue, but what ended the race was a blown valve cover gasket, so we quit and limped back so we could save the motor. we willbe back in action this weekend at the night race tho dont worry. hopefully problem free. i dont know if i will be driving tho as i hurt my ankle pretty bad at the river. god damn stairs
