    No totally different. Regionals are shortcourse 1 mile in length. This Baja Cup format utilizes the shortcourse, the washes, the hillclimbs and the back area compromising 4+ miles. I believe they require two stops and one tire change.

    i know theres hotels in the surrounding area. as far as camping at glen helen most of the time they let you. i would give them a call to make sure tho

    Yes, Glen Helen is offering free camping. From their site -

    there will be a pre-run at 5PM open to all drivers and vehicles. Registration is handled at the track and no membership is required for this great series! Free camping is available and race fans are welcome to watch the Lucas Oil Off Road Series practice on Glen Helen's Lucas Oil Short Course.

    I just called and they Said it got cancelled only 1hr practice.

    That's the same thing they said at the gate, at 6pm, after I'd been driving for an hour and a half.

    Sob I came in first gate wished I rbrought my helmet to pre run, last 10 min of pre run a nice ass older 80s yota with V8 rolled around 3-6 times down a down hill off camber left I never knew shit was cancelled cuz I came in first gate lol derrr I was out watering sections thinking I was helping fuck. Watching the bugs right now rip the short course, and some dumb ass in a silver stock taco damn near weeded himself in front of me not knowing the power of his truck and power slided out and came super close to hitting the grandstands lol came up the embankment towards it Haha was classic noob!

    ya they need a better promoteing team im thinking. this race could of had atleast 20-25 entrees. but i guess they only had a few so they cancled it. i went at 5 and did a lil test lap and it wouldof been a fun track the only thing id say they would need to do is mark the track better.
