    Default Rugged Radios

I've bought an intercom through them, including headsets recently, and have also bought antennas and other things through them for my radio. They've always been very helpful on the phone and on the forums (this one and others) where they are sponsors about answering questions people may have. Shipping has always been extremely fast, usually its on my door the next day depending on when I order. Plus, they've helped out at a certain huck fest making sure everyone involved stays safe and promoting a positive image for not only this forum, but others in the desert/off road community.

I have had the exact same experience with them and couldnt be happier with their customer service. Products have been great so far with no issues. I think the prices are the best around and they will beat any price AND add on a discount. I have referred them to all the guys that have radios and/or intercoms and will continue to support them when I can.

Thanks for the great reviews guys. I am glad to hear you all are happy with our services. We will be out for the night race with our new toy, the MFJ Analyzer. Which we will be testing anyone's radio antenna's for FREE!! as long as we can easily get to the back of the radio where the antenna plugs into. We will have a trailer set up during Contingency at the MDR California 200.

These guys are awesome, I went to their booth at the night race and asked for some help on my new radio and if they had an antenna. They completely set me up and my radio works excellent! Excellent customer service even for just buying an antenna from them!

do u know if your going to be at the SNORE races, and have you thought about offering contingencies with any of the sanctions.. i love your prices, but i am leaning toward pci because of the race support and contingency money. I have to buy a race package, a chase package, a intercom kit, and a gps all by mid january in order to get them installed in time for the BAP

Bumping this back up. Great guys over there. just got off the phone with them, even though i did not purchase a radio from them they helped me out.
Story: Got an HX370 handheld "marine" radio and talked to jason at rugged who was helpful and sold me the software and cable to program the offroad frequencies i needed. i didnt order the stuff until pretty late in the day and they still shipped it out same day and i received the next day (today). Ran into some issues programming it that they couldnt solve after trying, but recommended i talk to tech support from the manufacture. less then a minute after calling them it was taken care of.

    THANK YOU RUGGED!
