I've had nothing but awesome experiences at orw. All the guys there are nice and don't try and sell me stuff I don't want. The one somewhat annoying thing is that the internet price is a lil different from the store, but I don't mind paying a bit more for good customer service.

I retract my previous statement. I checked my suspension out today, passenger side, rear shock is no long on the bolt, (somehow came off) so now the outside of it is fucked to hell, and the top rod end is fucked up. My luck, they're going to charge me for the repairs because they didn't tighten up the bolt properly.

Or they tightened it, you beat the truck, it came loose and you didn't check it until now......

I haven't beat on it. I drove it to the desert, it stayed parked, then drove it home. Hell, the only "off roading" its seen is the occasional mud puddle up my street.

Check your ride more often. Prep is part of the game.

I noticed it the day it happened. I didn't expect it to come off, seeing as how professionals installed them.

not the first time someone has left a bolt loose at orw. but it is your own truck and you should check out the work someone else has done no matter what. also i have had some great experiences from orw. they may try to squeeze money out of you but some gentle persuasion has always worked for me. i buy most of my stuff from orw, and i always get what i need when i need it, also it helps to build a relationship with one of the sales guys and to be respectful and they will help you out a lot more and get a little more gracious with prices too.

This was the only time I have had a bad experience. The dude who owns the 4dr silvy w/ lt has helped me, and the other dude (can't remember his name) have always been really cool. Usually their prices are cheaper than 4wp. Oh well, its not that bad, just lost the bushings and its scratched up. Got free bushings out of it though. Overall, I'm happy with the way they handled the situation.

I too have only had good experiences from ORW. Good reviews are just as important as the bad.

BTW in fairness to ORW I think they should take the "sucks" out of the title of this thread. Just sayin.

Props to Dez at ORW! I have been waiting 6+ weeks for some fox shock parts from somewhere else, 3 out of 4 showed up yesterday and they were unable to get the other. So after calling multiple shops trying to find the one part, Dez said he could tear apart a new shock and pull it out to send to me. It now looks like I will be able to get back in the dirt for halloween and able to race tuff trucks next week.

    Thanks ORW

Regardless that you should be checking your truck regularly, when you pay money for a professional well known business to work on your vehicle, loose bolts should not be something that happens. I'd go back and deffinetly give
    Them shit.
