Default Donahoe Racing

I have tried over an over to get someone from Donahoe Racing to call me back, left message after message and emailed them numrous times........no response.

All I need from them is a replacement resie. hose for their rear tacoma shocks and to know the amount of oil in shock vs. resie so I can fix a shock that was brought to me.

So far their customer service sucks and for $199.00 a shock, I'd expect better. Just might recomend this guy goes to FOA and pocket the rest, at least FOA will return your calls/emails.

Anyone on here works for them/knows someone who does or knows how to contact them, let me know.

Thanks

Thanks everyone for your help. I was able to get ahold of their head of sales and he is sending a new hose free of charge -> which is more than I expect, they guy installed the shocks on the wrong side of the truck and rubbed the hose to death, nothing wrong with the quality of their product.

I had always had good luck with Donahoe, just couldn't figure why I wasn't getting any help this time around. They do put out great products and had always been more than willing to help the first time I did one of their front coilovers and had some questions about density of shock oil and what seals they recomended.

By the way, they are not going under, just probably don't make replacement parts for some of the older modles, but if anyone has any questions, contact Mike Crosby.

haha not going under lol haha that place has problems. and i heard they just got a new huge problem . as for fixing the rear shocks they dont fix them as we didnt make them. and sales is usualy very busy mike is a great guy and so is jeremy. its only them 2 taking calls so just think why you cant get ahold of them. they are always on the phone dealing with something. the guys over at donahoe are by far the best i ever worked for, just there are problems out of their hands.

Actually they are different lengths, different colors, with different pistons and valving. Other than that they are exactly the same.

No one ever wants to think the worst of anyone, especially someone within this tight knit community. The name listed is William Kreag Donahoe. Was he named after his dad, "Wild Bill"?

What constitutes child pornography? Anyone under 18, right? May not be as bad as it sounds guys. Wait till more info comes out before speculating.

Gloves aside, this is information coming from an EX-EMPLOYEE. Most EX-EMPLOYEES I know don't like their last boss. Either way, everyone has done some stupid shit, it's the unlucky ones that get caught.

I could go into the hole ASSET FORFEITURE contraversy which often determines who the feds will go after and who they wont (the more property you have to seize, the more likely it is that you will be prosicuted).

^^^^Anyone ever wonder why you see so many big name celeberaties and rich folk with federal cases against them???? The police and feds will have lengthy and costly investagations; way more time spent on a "child pronography" case than any white color murder??? I will let you know that at least some of it is because if they suggest you got your house, car, etc. from an illegal activity, they seize it; then the burdon of proof falls on your shoulders to show that they were obtained legally which most times is hard to do.

And why do police departments let the Fed's come in on their jurisdiction to prosicute the case? Becuase if the police were to prosicute it on their own, they would have to share the profits from the seized property with the schools, librarys, and other local government agencies. But if they let the Feds prosicute it, then only the Police and the Feds get the profit (Police 80% and Feds 20%).

I AM NOT SAYING THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, and usually the lower people on the totem pole only get directions to do this, do that, and really have no power to say this or that is un-ethical (we prosicuted this drug dealer, but let a murder go yesterday because the DA thought the case was to flimsy). It is legislated by the biggest liers and theifs in our nation.

ANYWAY, I hope this doesn't put Donahoe under, but if it does go to case, chances are that DR will go under.

This is pure SHIT... I for one do not think nor would I even speculate about something like this.

The guy on that list is spelled Kreag.

The real Donahoe is spelled Kreg. I highly doubt they are one in the same. And for you guys to be pushing shit like this around is childish. Especially from and ex-employee doing it. My guess is the ex-employee was fired for lack of skills or some other bad reason and is now trying to tarnish someones name with bullshit.

If you really think its him why dont you call and ask, im sure he can set you straight.

I have gotten e-mails from the ex-employee and I sure hope that what he said is not true. I for one am going to stop this "rumor war" and try and let Donahoe deal with this internally............if at all there is anything to deal with.

And a big thanks to Beat98TJ - he said that if Donahoe is unable to get the replacement hose out to me he would do so. Appreciate it.

I have heard multiple rumors about the porn thing and I heard about the siezed computers before this paper even came out. So im pretty sure its the same person....This is from the DR website:

Kreg Donahoe, President of Donahoe Racing, started his racing career over 20 years ago at the age of 14 with his father, Off-Road Racing Champion “Wild Bill” Donahoe.

"What constitutes child pornography? Anyone under 18, right? May not be as bad as it sounds guys. Wait till more info comes out before speculating."

do you really think the feds would conduct an 8 month investigation, take all his computers and probably more for him just looking at a 17 and 11 month year old girl

" this is information coming from an EX-EMPLOYEE. Most EX-EMPLOYEES I know don't like their last boss"

so an ex-employee haked into the federal court systems website and typed kregs name in to make him look bad, give me a break people where are your brains

I'm just saying that you shouldn't all make him out to be a pedophile before you know the facts. Looking at 14 year old girls is considered child pornography, but doesn't seem 'quite' as bad as looking at pics of naked 7-old boys. Am I wrong?

You're right, they probably wouldn't spend months investigating if it wasn't bad. But I know someone who works at a public school where they found out a teacher was having inappropriate written and verbal contact with a student (jr high)...... the officials seized all their computers, etc. Hasn't everyone seen "To Catch A Predator"? They take this kind of thing VERY SERIOUSLY!! As they should!! Kids are vulnerable. It's our job to protect them.

Ever think it's possible for someone to change their name, or just the spelling of it, from what is their legal name??

PS - I think we should let this die, wait to see what comes out...

That is his name lol. So he leaves ONE letter out of it because its a lot easier to spell that way. Your right they wouldnt use a alias on a federal document, they would use his LEGAL NAME. You really think there is someone else with that same name in Riverside county where that paper is from? lol

Also to me its one thing to be in possession of something maybe by accident that you might not even be aware of but to be DISTRUBITING it is a different story. Untill there is any conviction noone can really say whats true yet.

D&B lists the president of Donahoe Racing as "william kreg donahoe" but i also find it hard to believe that hearing is just a coincidence.

i truely hope this has a happier ending, but it doesn't sound like it.
