    Default Cal City Camping

Have any of you guys camped out in Cal City in November without a toyhauler. Like old school camping in a tent? I want to go out there before thanksgiving and stay overnight and do night runs in my buggy.. but i don't have any idea how cold it gets there at night?

i know this thread is old, but it gets pretty chilly out there at night, just take a sleeping bag and some blankets and your should be good to go thought, and jsut a word of advice, when doing night runs, either a-learn the area like the back of your hand during the day or b- get a gps and mark your camp, because it is SO easy to get turned around out there its not even funny(trust me i know from exsperience) but i like it out there, its alot of fun in a buggy.

Ive been going out there since i was a little kid. It gets pretty cold sometimes but if you have a good sleeping bag youll be good. Lots of beer and jack helps also haha. Yea definately gps your camp cuz every year people get really lost and its easy to get turned around out there at night.
