im located in ontario,ca looking for something thats dependable can take some abuse and can still drive out to the desert or baja and back. ive seen some forums where people claim that the jd fab kit is more of a mid travel, not really looking to spend 45k for a raptor when i know i can spend around 10-15k for something better

Very true. so basically a durable/functional prerunner with as much 4wd travel as possible right?
You gonna go with links or leafs in the rear? A cantilever/leaf system would work nicely with a 4wd kit and be nice and stealth as well as leaving your bed fully functional.
If you have no luck finding a kit with the travel you are looking for PM me and I would be down to help you put something together. I like those rigs and they're on my list of to do's. I did a design for 4wd spindles using ford parts already so it would be pretty easy to design some arms.
From what I remember the shock hoops are a bitch on those but otherwise its a pretty streight-forward project.

Eric has the first Brenthel LT kit on his and he likes it. He ended up getting the Billet Uppers ans running SAW 2.5" co and SAW 2.5" Bumps and its sitting on 37"s. It is the truck in my avatar.

truck looks good, how does it ride in the road, the brenthel kit is a little more expensive than the jd fab kit but i think you get what you pay for, got any videos of the truck in action?

The main thing that sold Eric on the kit was the fabricated upright. The JD kit uses the factory spindle drilled out for a 1 1/4 heim vertical. Sorry I dont have any action shots or video of the truck since it is down with a blown motor. #2 BTW. haha Sucks right.
