    I was on my way out from the dunes last night and noticed that my gas-cap light went on. Is there anything I can do to reset it (maybe reset the pc)? I'm not sure what made it go on because the gas cap was on tight the whole time...? Where is the actual connection? Anything I can do to turn it off? Thanks guys.

    that happened to mine before and it was because the vacuum in the system was leaking somewhere. I had to buy a new gas cap so the seal was tight and it went off.

    Nick, how much was a gas cap, I have never really paid attention to something like that, .

    Crap, forgot to add that when I drove her this morning, the light would start off really bright then fade out over about 5 minutes, but when starting the truck up again, it would come back. I don't get it.

    of all the things you can possibly break offroad, i mannaged to break my gas cap a while back haha.

    ford made $22 selling a gas cap...
